    open file (2003)

    Hi all,
Is it possible to open a file (.jpg) from withing a form? For example, I have a form which has a textbox called 'image' which holds a path to a particular .jpg image. I want to be able to double-click in this textbox and have the file open.....rather than having to browse again through directory trees. Is this possible?
    Thanks,
    Van

You can use the Application.FollowHyperlink method. Let's say that the text box is named txtImage:

    Private Sub txtImage_DblClick(Cancel As Integer)
    Application.FollowHyperlink Me.txtImage
    End Sub
