    email field (Word 2007)

I have created a letterhead template in Word 2007 for my office of 70 users and would like to know of a way to insert an email address field. Can you do that from the User Information? If not, can someone suggest another solution. Thanks.

The user information doesn't contain an e-mail address. The user can enter an e-mail address himself, and under the default settings this will automatically be turned into a clickable link.

You might be able to use the address field. In most businesses, users do not need to enter an address into Word because it can be standardized in a template or is pre-printed on envelopes.
