    Word Mail-merge (2000)

I have a mail-merge using about 40 names/addresses from an Access database. The last copy of the merged document mis-aligns the logo and return address. Where the return address is in a textbox and the logo appears below it on all other copies, the return address runs off the page and the logo appears at the bottom of the page on the wrong edge of the page on this one, last copy.

    Any ideas?

I don't know the cause, but you could add a dummy record to the data source in Access. Hopefully the last "real" record will be merged correctly then, and you can discard the output for the dummy record.

Thanks, Hans. That's just what I planned to do, but I was hoping there was a better way to do it.
