    User Account (Vista Ultimate)

I can't create a new user account that works. Even "Guest" account doesn't work. If I try to switch to the Guest account, it starts out with the "Welcome" notice, but then goes to "Logging off" and returns me to the login screen. My account (Admin) works just fine, but I can't create any new ones (or get Guest to work). Is this some weird security setting?

How are you "SWITCHING" to these other account?

The best way is to log OUT of one and then log in to another.
Do NOT use the switch user method.

What happens when you try to make a new account?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

I "switch" by logging out, but I've even rebooted. I can make the new accounts with no problem, but they do the same thing as mentioned above ("welcome" and then "logging out").
