Combo as a criteria for filter (2000)

Hi, I am wanting to use a combo box to filter records in a form. This is fine but I wish to do it from two parts, first a name and second as month in a given year. I know there is a wizardt o do this with one criteria. I only want unique values showing in my combo also. So for example Jenny may have many records in Feb 08, I would like to select in a combo or combination of combos Jenny Feb 08 then all her records for feb appear, regardless of the day in Feb the record was input. I know I can use the in built filters but my users are no sophisticated enough to do this.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Thanks Darren.

    I'd create two combo boxes:
First one to select the name, then one to select a month that has data for that name. See ACC2000: How to Synchronize Two Combo Boxes on a Form.
