    Fill Cells (2003)

    I have a spreadsheet which contains customer references. I want to type in an order number, next to that reference, and excel to populate the adjacent cells with the relevant details to that order, from an from another worksheet (Sheet2). The order number on Sheet2 will is in column I, but I require the details from A to T. How can I do this?

    Let's say that you enter an order number in cell B2. The following formula will look up the order number in column I on Sheet2 and return the corresponding value from column R:

    =INDEX(Sheet2!R$2:R$1000,MATCH($B2,Sheet2!$I$2:$I$ 1000,0))
    </code>
    This formula can be filled down.
