Unidentifiable command line parameters

I find various entries in the registry that use the % parameters like this:
%SystemRoot%Explorer.exe /e,/idlist,%I,%L
I've been able to find little info on them, save for this little explanation:

Explorer.exe /e,/idlist,%I,%L From Folder..Explore in the registry
%I - ID number
%L - Long filename

What are they exactly and is there any documentation on them?

thanks
Alan

Judging from Scott's comment, it sounds good. Unfortunately nothing comes up on my browser . I do see a download icon, but then I'm asked for login details. Does the article mention the %L, %I etc. parameters?

You need to allow scripts to run - something then flashes up about 'iPaper loading...' or similar. I guess it has some archive-retrieval system running. Does it work in IE? - if not, just read the attached
