    White on black image

Converting a standard tiff to tiff g4 and the image is reversed to white on black (original is black text on white background).
Software supplier alleges it is bug in windows viewer....but not found any details on it.
Does anyone else have experience of this?
    Thanks

What program are you using to do this converting?

Have you tried a different program to just view this converted file?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

No personal experience, but I have heard of problems related to TIFF images. If you can handle the file size increase give a G3 encoding a try. Perhaps you can use another viewer, for example the free one from http://www.alternatiff.com/

    Thanks Guys.
    The application is called Neevia.
Unfortunately Paul the recipient viewer (it is actually Alternatiff - and good recommendation for it) needs to handle the files as group4 compressed.

....and as a complete aside and talking of white text on a black background, I have redone your userpic to fit correctly (65 x 75)....enjoy <img src=/S/yum.gif border=0 alt=yum width=15 height=15>
