    Adjustment to report (Outlook 2003)

    Hi all,

I'd like to print a calendar report from Outlook *exactly* like the existing Calendar Details Style, except I want items with a time to appear FIRST, followed by items with no time. The Details Style is set up like the calendar itself, with all-day items and items with no time listed first.

I think I can create such a Details calendar from Word, but I'd like to explore the possibility from within Outlook first. Can anyone shed any light on this subject?

    Thanks,
    Kim

I don't think you can do this in Outlook (hopefully others will correct me if I'm mistaken). See Calendar Printing Tools for Outlook on the Slipstick site for alternatives.

    Thanks Hans,

Silly me, to not check the Slipstick site first. I noticed that several of the solutions listed export the data into Word. I'll see what I can glean.

    Best, Kim
