    Report grouping (2003)

Attached is an excel spreadsheet that lists some data I have in an access table(easier to show in excel). What I want is a report that groups Tax ID and list the clinic and physicians who are at the same locations together. When there is a change in location, whether or not Tax ID changes, there is a space put in between the groups in a report(row 7). How would I accomplish in Access?

    Thanks

How is a "location" defined - as a zip code? The addresses within the second group are different...

The second group addresses should be the same( my error). location is a street and zip that would be unique.

Grouping on TaxID, then on State, City, ZIP and Address would seem to do the trick, with zero-height group headers for State, City and Zip but a non-zero height group header for Address.
