    Importing a Calendar (2003 SP3)

I want to import my wife's calendar into mine. At the very end of the Import dialog OL asks me to choose one of the following:
    1. Import items into current folder.
    2. Import items into same folder in Personal Folders.
The current folder, where I started the Import process, is my own Calendar. What's the difference between 1 and 2?

This is just a guess: Perhaps the file from which you are importing has stored the name of the original source folder and Outlook will direct the import to the folder of the same name. If in all three cases the name is Contacts, then there would be no difference. But if you happened to be looking at your Inbox at this point, there would be a difference. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

I think you are correct. When I did a test that started from the Inbox there was a difference. I did the actual import from the Calendar and checked "Import to the current folder" and it worked correctly.
    Thanks for your help.
