My Outlook data is a royal mess, as per attached screen shot. I don't understand how it can report two Outlook1.pst files (there is only one that I can find) and the reason for having two main files is that there were two user names for the same user on two different computers and now I want one.
The objective is to use import/export to copy all data to a single file, presumably as constituent parts and with the appropriate allow/prevent duplicates option set. I would welcome any advice. Outlook.pst is the obvious choice for the destination if I make it the default.
