Merging Outlook data (2007)

My Outlook data is a royal mess, as per attached screen shot. I don't understand how it can report two Outlook1.pst files (there is only one that I can find) and the reason for having two main files is that there were two user names for the same user on two different computers and now I want one.

The objective is to use import/export to copy all data to a single file, presumably as constituent parts and with the appropriate allow/prevent duplicates option set. I would welcome any advice. Outlook.pst is the obvious choice for the destination if I make it the default.

I'd do the following:
1.) shut down Outlook
2.) find and move all PST files from their current location to another folder.
3.) Configure Outlook by removing all current PST files.
4.) Restart Outlook and let it create a new PST.
5.) Import what you need from the other PST files from the other folder

Thanks Joe. I succeeded and your post put me on the track, but I must admit that it turned out to be a complicated business.
