    VB6MouseWheel.exe (2003)

I've added support for the scroll wheel to the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications 6 environment by carrying out the instructions on this page and I've made sure, in the Add-In Manager, under Load Behavior, to check both the Loaded/Unloaded and Load on Startup check boxes but every time I open an mdb and go to the VBA editor window, I find the Loaded/Unloaded box unchecked. How can I make the setting stick?

As noted in <post:=699,288>post 699,288</post:>, you don't need the Mouse wheel addin any more - the Visual Basic Editor now supports the scroll wheel.

Oh, and as the name indicates, VB6MouseWheel was intended for VB6 (the stand-alone Visual Basic development environment), not for VBA.

    Thank you Hans.
I'm afraid our i.t. department hasn't installed that office 2003 update on our pc's. Is there a link to that specific update?

It was one of the updates for October, 2007, but I don't know which one.

If you install Office 2003 SP3 it should be included.
If that is not possible, download the attachment from <post:=389,439>post 389,439</post:> and follow the instructions from that post.

Thank you Hans, I've read somewhere that if you install SP3, you also have to install a hotfix that takes care of problems SP3 causes?
