    Ctrl Shift F9 (2002/2003/2007)

I know that the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F9 will break the form field and convert the information to text. Is this command available from the toolbar (ribbon) or a menu? The shortcut is not very easy to remember. Some of my users do not like the gray field boxes, so they call to have us remind them of the shortcut. Obviously no longer a short for the user.

You can add a button to unlink fields to a toolbar or menu (in Word 2007, to the Quick Access Toolbar):
    - Select Tools | Customize... (in Word 2007, select Office | Word Options, then click Customize)
    - Activate the Commands tab and select Tools (in Word 2007, select Choose Commands From, then All Commands).
    - Locate the Unlink Fields command and place it on a toolbar/menu (in Word 2007, click Add>>)

    Thanks, Hans

That is exactly what I wanted.
