    Template and Add-Ins (Word 2007)

I have loaded 4 global templates into the Templates and Add-ins feature of Word 2007 and I selected them so that I can access the macros in the templates, but everytime I close Word and open it again, I have to go back and check the templates again. Is there a way to "permanenty" select these 4 templates?

Re: Template and Add-Ins (Word 2007)

Templates that are stored in Word's startup location will be loaded automatically when Word starts.
You can see (and modify) the startup folder as follows:
    - Click the Office button.
    - Select Word Options.
    - Click Advanced.
    - Click File Locations...
    - Select Startup.

So if you add global templates in the start up folder what's the Template and Add-Ins used for?

By the way, thanks for all your help.

The Templates and Add-Ins dialog lets you enable/disable add-ins on a temporary basis. You can use this for troubleshooting purposes, or if you need an add-in just once.
