    Print Sections (Word 2003)

My document has 72 pages and 57 next page section breaks. I want to print pages 15-24 of the document. These pages are in sections 12 - 18 on varying pages (i.e., page 15-16 is on pages 1-2 of Section 12; page 17 is on page 3 of Section 13; pg 18 is on page 1, Section 14, etc.) When I try to print pages 15-24, nothing happens. When I try to print p1,s12-p5,s18, I get three pages. Not only that, I have to go back through the document to figure out section and page number each page is on! Does anyone have a better way??

    Regards,

    Hi Dea,

    The correct syntax would be:
    p1s12-p2s12,p3s3,p1s4 etc
If you want to print all of Section 15, you could use just s15 and for sections 15-18 you could use s15-18.

With the macro in the following post, you can select the range of pages and print it that way (the macro converts a somewhat loose selection to print all of the pages in the range). Print selection of pages across section breaks
