Capturing Query Parameters (Access 97) (97)

I have a report based on a query. The query is set up to ask for start and end date for a period. I would like to capture the start and end dates entered as the query paremeters and add them to the report to show, for example, the period covered by the report. Is this possible?

Yes. Create a text box and set its data source to read

    ="From"&" "&[Enter Start Date]&" "&"To"&" "[Enter Ending Date]

This could give you multiple input boxes, because the query calls it as does the report, from my experience..BUT
I am a novice at these designs, so perhaps I did it wrong.
    It was really a nightmare when it was spooling to print... <img src=/S/beep.gif border=0 alt=beep width=15 height=15>

As I understand it, the best way is to call the parameters from the form that is gathering the dates.
The form collects the dates-passes them to the query and then to the report.
