    Printing 2 pages on 1 sheet (2003 sp-3)

    Hi folks,

Just received this question from a client and don't know of any way to do this, any ideas? Is it even possible?

When I print long documents, I put 2 pages on the face of each page.

When I do this, Word puts a one-inch margin of white space at the bottom (in addition to the normal margins on the page). This causes the text to shrink a bit. How can I get Word to eliminate this margin?

What paper size is your client using? With A4 paper (common in Europe), you can fit two shrunk pages exactly on one sheet while keeping the height-width ratio the same. With Letter size paper this is not possible, so you'll have some extra white space.

    Hi Hans,

Once again, you've nailed it. It works perfectly.

    Thanks
