If every time you (I) read or compose a message, I zoom to 125%,how could I make that "view" the default for all future composing or reading?

According to The text of my messages is larger or smaller than usual - Outlook - Microsoft Office Online the zoom settings should be persistent. So, you should NOT have to change each time.
