Advance to position (Word 2000 SP2)

Is there any way of producing an invoice as a table where the totals box moves as the tables grows, but the totals box is always at the same position at the bottom of the page? ie as you type a 1 page invoice becomes two pages but the totals box is always at the bottom of the page as you type narrative into the body?

Many thanks to anyone who can help.

To fix the position of text on a page, you can use a Frame or a Text Box. I don't use these very often, but I bet Rajesh would have some suggestions on how to link that to your data and get it where you want it.

Could you put the totals box into the footer?
