    calendars (Outlook 2003)

    Under "my calendars" I have 2 calendars - my main one (that everyone accesses for meetings) and another one that I created named "staff". I would like for this "staff" calendar to be shared with my group and ideally be one that they can easily access under their own "my calendars" in their mailbox.

    Essentialy I want a calendar that will be accessible to everyone to take time off.

    Is this possible? How?

    Do you have Exchange server or Sharepoint?
