    Attendee Tracking (Outlook 2003 (SP2))

I have two questions in regards to tracking attendee meeting responses in Outlook:

    1. Is there a way to sort the Attendees on the Tracking tab?

    2. Is there a quick way to find all those who haven't responded to a meeting request and send an Update message just to those people?

I've been searching for third-party add-ins that can perform these functions, since I don't think Outlook alone has these capabilities, but I haven't been able to find anything.

If you could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it!

    Sorry, but:

    1. Not in native Outlook
    2. Not easily; you can use "Send Update" to start a resend of the message and delete the people who have not responded, then send it.

However you may be interested in the code samples in <!post=this thread,258,533>this thread<!/post> , which will grab the data you want for copying and manipulation.

Thanks for the information, John. The code in the post you recommended is not going to help me at this point, but thanks for showing the way.

    Anyone else have any ideas?
