    Last Blank Page (Access2003)

    Hi!
I am printinig Report which has subreports.
Last on the list Sub Report is not blank, it has data. It's data ending at the 2/3 of the page - however I am getting one last blank page.

Any ideas how to get rid of this? Thanks

Make sure that the width of the main report fits inside the margins specified in File | Page Setup...
If the report is too wide, Access tends to create extra pages.

All the SUBs are inside Main and identical size.
I know if too wide it creates extra page for every page that is wider.
However in my case - it seems if Sub1 is blank - Report will start little bit lower than it starts when Sub1 has data.
When ALL Subs have data - it is printing fine.
When some Sub has no data - ther would be a little space.
I am wondering how to avoid that but couldn't find solution yet.

All of these little spaces are not too crucial but when last page is totally blank - it looks somewhat bad.

Good luck - I don't think I can help without seeing the database.

    Re: Last Blank Page (Access2003)

I set all the sections where data was to Can Shrink - Yes and it seems made it better.

    Thanks Hans!

Edited: There was a space between Detail section and PageFooter...it is gone - blank page is gone!

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
