    Viewing Slide show (PP2003/Windows XP)

How do you set the display so that the Screen showing a PPS is full screen but the laptop monitor shows the PPT view so you can easily see and click on the slides if you want to jump backwards or forwards?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You must first set up Windows to use dual monitors (and your video card must support it).
You then set up the presentation in PowerPoint:
    - Select Slide Show | Set Up Show.
    - Tick the Show Presenter View check box in the Multiple monitors section.
    - Select the monitor you want the slide show presentation to appear on from the dropdown list.

See Presenter view: tools for running a PowerPoint presentation for more info.

Thanks Hans. I will try this tomorrow. I do not have the same capabilities at home.
