    DuplicatingText field information (Word 2007)

    I have made a very short simple form using text fields. Two of the text fields will contain the exact same information. Is there a way for the user to only input the text in the first field and then make it also show up in the second area, maybe put a bookmark in place of the second text field? And if so, how. Thanks for any help.

    While the document is unprotected, double click the first text form field.
    Tick the check box "Calculate on exit", and note its bookmark name.
    Delete the second form field.
    In its place, press Ctr+F9 to insert field braces { } (do not type { } yourself, that won't work).
    Type REF followed by a space and the bookmark name. You should see something like { REF Text1 }
    Press F9 to hide the field code.
    Protect the document for forms.
    When you enter something in the first text form field and press Tab, the REF field will automatically be filled in.
