Adding Doc Path to Normal Foother (Word 2007)

What would be the easiest way to add the full document path to the footer of documents created with the normal.dot? I'm sending the instruction to someone who has Word 2007; I don't have that version of Word here and haven't had enough experience on it to know what to tell her. Plus finding things in Word 2007 is a completely different beast from earlier versions. The goal is for her to always have a document path at the bottom of her Word documents.

See How do I add the filename and path to the footer of my document?
    It's an illustrated step-by-step guide.

Thank you for the illustration for adding a path to a footer. I'm sure that will be very helpful to her.

    Hi Daisy,

Perhaps the easiest way is to:
. select the place where you want the filename to appear
. press Ctrl-F9 to create a pair of field braces (ie '{ }')
. type 'FILENAME p' between the field braces, thus- '{FILENAME p}')
    . press F9 to update.
    Cheers,
