Changing Header/Footer on Table Printout (2007)

I teach a class in which students are sometimes asked to print out tables (as opposed to reports or forms). There doesn't seem to be a way to change the default header and footer on these printouts. I'm wondering if there's a way to do it.

No, the only thing you can do in File | Page Setup... is specify whether you want the header and footer or not. You cannot change the layout.
A report lets you set up the page header and footer the way you want; you can even control them using VBA if necessary.

That's what I thought. I was/am hoping that somebody has some sort of trick or workaround for it.

I suppose one could just create a report that mimics the table printout, and put the new header/footer on it.

Yes, that's the way to do it.
