    Import Word table (2007)

    I know nothing about databases but I would like to learn.
    My initial query is: Is it possible to import a Word table into Access, and if so, how is it done?

    - Click inside the table in Word.
    - Press Alt+5 (on the numeric keypad) to select the entire table.
    - Press Ctrl+C to copy the table to the clipboard, or click Copy in the Clipboard tab of the Ribbon.
    - Open your Access database (or create a new one).
    - Create a new table in datasheet view.
    - Click on Add New Field.
    - Press Ctrl+V to paste, or click Paste in the Clipboard tab of the Ribbon.
