    formula for conditional formatting (XP)

    Hi all
    I have question

Can I have something conditionally formatted like =c2 AND c3 are n/a ... then the text will be white
    I've tried =AND (c2,c3)=n/a
    but that doesn't work

    Thanks

    Try

    =AND(ISNA(C2),ISNA(C3))
