    Delete a specific word in a column (excel 2000)

    hi,
    a column which have some data which include #N/A text,
    how can i write a formula in the particular column to delete out the #N/A and remain those other text in that column.?

    thanks in advance.

    eg:
    column A: consists of
    female
    male
    female
    female
    #N/A
    #N/A
    #N/A

    you could do this in another column. Assumong the values are in column A, put this in column B:
    =IF(ISNA(A1),"",A1)
