    Outlook won't resize, disappears... (2003)

A few days ago my Outlook stopped resizing. In other words, when I click the little button in the upper-right corner to "restore", or make smaller, it disappears. You can see it shrink for a second, then you can't see it unless you go to the taskbar, right-click on Outlook and select, "maximize". I've tried changing my display properties since it sort of looks like Outlook resizes to just off the screen. Thanks. Sam

    Try this first:
    - Close or minimize all other applications (You can use Windows+D or Windows+M to minimize applications).
    - Start or activate Outlook.
    - Click Restore.
    - Right-click an empty part of the Windows task bar.
    - Select one of the options to tile or cascade windows.

    If that doesn't help:
    - Quit Outlook.
    - Select Start | Run...
    - Type regedit and press Enter or click OK.
    - In RegEdit, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice11.0Outloo kOffice Explorer.
    - Click on the Frame value in the right-hand pane.
    - Press Delete and confirm that you want to remove this value.
    - Quit RegEdit.
    - Start Outlook.

Hans, you save me every time! Your first fix worked. I'd forgotten about that trick.

    Thanks, so much!
