Convert Table to Text (Word 2007)

According to Microsoft Word 2007 Help, to convert a table to text, you are supposed to click "Convert to Text" under Table Tools, on the Layout tab, in the Data group. I cannot find the Data group, the Layout tab, or Table Tools. Can someone please help with a better explanation on how to convert a table to text? Thank you.

Re: Convert Table to Text (Word 2007)

Along the top of your Word window you should see Menus like Home, Insert, etc. If you are positioned in a table, there is a rightmost menu called Layout, but if the insertion point is not in the table, you won't see that. Click the Layout menu, and you get a new ribbon of buttons of all kinds, related to tables. Convert to text is way over to the right.

    Does that do it?
