    autotext location (2002)

I am setting up a new computer for our service department, I have imported the .pst from their old system, but this user has built up quite a lot of stock replies in AutoText ( several hundred) they don't seem to have transferred over in the .pst. A search for the text yields no results so I'm guessing they are in some obscurely named file or extension, anyone know where they might be?
Oh yeah he does use word as his e-mail editor.

    thanks

AutoText entries are stored in a Word template, most probably in Normal.dot, in Word's user templates folder. By default, this is Cocuments and Settings<username>Application DataMicrosoftTemplates. Since Application Data is a hidden folder, you need to display hidden files and folders to see it in Windows Explorer.
