Calendar to be sent by email

A friend belongs to a local club and she would like to prepare and send a calendar to other members by email. She has prepared one with MS WORKS but there were several club members who did not have MS WORKS and thus could not open the calendar. Is there some "universal" calendar that she could use and that all members could open and print? She uses Outlook Express. Thanks for your help.

If all the recipient wants to do is print it, I'd produce a pdf printout and email that out instead.

How does one do that? I assume prepare the calendar in MS WORKS but then how do you convert it to PDF?

Pdf software is seen as a(nother) printer by any application that can print - you simply change the target printer, select print, and the file is created. See <post:=698,176>post 698,176</post:> for some suggestions of available software - my personal favourite is PdfCreator.

You could always use Google Calendar to input the data and then send the members a link to the online calendar. This would enable updates to be managed very easily.
