    Word resizing docs (Word 2003)

We have recently been upgrading all of our users to Word 2003 from Word 2000. One person is now having a problem when accessing their older docs created in Word 2000 - when they open the doc the text kind of jumps to the side - then when they print its like its printing at 75% instead of 100% and is in one corner of the pages. Have checked the printer and dont think its that - have tried it on 3 different printers and does the same. Have opened the document on my pc and prints ok. Think it must be something in her set up but cant find it. Any ideas?

    Thanks

It sounds as though there are tracked changes somewhere, which are difrferently displayed in Word 2003, in the margin. Try setting the view to Final, rather than Final Showing Markup, and then see how it prints.
