Chart X Axis at Min (Excel 2003)

I am having a really tough time understanding how to do something that seems pretty simple.

I want to take a Category on an X Axis of a bar chart and have it present in line with the lowest value represented by the chart (so it is nice and clean and readable). In the attachment I have a line chart where I was able to accomplish this (CallAxisRescale macro).

On the "AxisTest" tab I have a bar chart that shows how the chart should generally look when you open the excel- I just want to get the names lined up in acordance with the min value. However, when I try to use the same concept on the bar chart (RunAxis RescaleX macro), the entitre bar resizes and extends to the in. I want the bar to use zero as its base, but put the category at the min.

Re: Chart X Axis at Min (Excel 2003)

I actually figured out a work around. If I add a second series and change it to a line chart, make the bar the second series in order, then add a Category X Axis label, make the line invisible, then I have my chart!
