    I have tried using rng.AutoFilter Field:=4, Criteria1:="##.##*" but it won't works.

    rng.AutoFilter Field:=4, Criteria1:="*"

    TIA

    You can use:
    Criteria1:="=*.*"

    IF the numbers are text that look like numbers and are not values.

    If they are actual numbers then it will not find the decimal point as it is not a period. To show JUST the numbers (it will not distinguish whether it has a decimal point or not, since that is a part of the DISPLAY and not the value - All numbers have a decimal point.) you can use:

    Criteria1:=">=0", Operator:=xlOr Criteria2:="<=0"
