Converting Emails to Word Documents (2003 )

Hello, I have a folder that has about 20 emails on it and would like to convert these to some type of rich text, word or html type so is easy for another person to read. Is there a way to do it without having to do each individual one? Any help would be great. Thanks.

"Save As" functions the same way in Outlook 2007.

<P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by JohnBF on 10-Sep-08 14:58. )</P>Unfortunately through Outlook 2003, when the File | Save As menu is used on multiple selected messages (at once), only text format is available. However, messages can be saved as HTM or RTF using a simple macro (I'm looking for one here in the Forum, but don't immediately see one). Do you want to save just groups of messagea you select, or all messages in a folder?

Edit - the attached code will save any messages you select in an Explorer window to a single path/folder of your choice, in the format the message was sent.

Thanks Joe and John. It looks like Joe's approach will put all my emails in a rtf file. It is the only option I get when I do save as. I will try John's approach to see if this works. Thanks to both.
