    Count Text Values (2003 SP3)

On the attachment, I have four tabs. On each tab, I need to count each instance of a word that repeats. For example, on Tab CE in Column G (Pollu_Discha), I have two instances of 'Stormwater' so I need a result of "CE: Pollu_Discha - Stormwater = 2" or something similar to that. Pretty much need that across the board for all four tabs. Is there an easier way then creating multiple COUNTA formulas?

    Thanks.

I think multiple COUNTIF would be the way to go.
    ="CE: "&PROPER(CE!G1)&" - Stormwater = "&COUNTIF(CE!G$2:G$202,"Stormwater")

Instead of multipart result you could put it into a table and use cell references for the "stormwater" and even use INDIRECT to refer to the sheet. But how it is done w
