    extra printed page (XP-sp2)

Sometime back, I remember a notation on how to eliminate that stupid extra blank page that gets printed.......very annoying and wastefull.
Can anyone tell me where to find it, or tell me how to stop the wasted page? thanks for all the past help.

I'm in the same boat as you - remember the problem but can't remember the solution. It has been a long time ago and this article is old, old, but maybe the ECP/EPP thing?

Usually it is printer setting. Open Printers window (Start > Settings > Printers), then right-click the printer in question and from pop-up menu select Properties. Depending of your printer make and model (or, to be exact, printer driver), found a setting for Separator page (most likely under Advanced tab) and make sure that it is not selected.

You might try selecting the number of pages to print when the printer window comes up rather than the default and see how many pages the document is going to be and then selectinga print range of one less page.
