    Browsers Security Exceptions (IE7, FF3)

I'm getting these annoying messages from both IE7 & FF3 that are constantly asking about site certificates that aren't correct or don't seem authentic. That's fine and dandy if it were the case, but they are stopping me from using legit sites like paypal, gmail, etc. and I have to add a security exception every time I try to log on one of those sites. It is very frustrating and I'm thinking it's a Vista thing more than the browsers but since this is where the problems occur, this is where I'll post unless a Mod things otherwise...

How do I disable this security "feature" that "helps" me oh so much?

1.) If you are using Norton 360either disable its Transaction security or run live update to get a fix.
2.) Check Windows Update and make sure your Root Certificate updates are installed.
3.) Make sure your computer date/time are correct.
