Global Address List - Custom Searchable Field (2003 SP3)

We are trying to resolve an issue on using our Global Address list within Outlook (Exchange 2003) to also have a searchable capability to find our Spanish speakers (very important where I work). Has anyone run across this and if they have, do you have any advice on which field to use so that it's very quick to find? I was thinking of possibly using the 'Assistant' or 'Notes' field. Any negative or positive situations with either?

    Thanks.

When I pop up the search form in the address book dialog, I don't see either of those fields. Are you building your own UI for the search, or is there another way to search?

We actually use the Lookout addin for Outlook which gives us SOME additional functionality. No other development is intended.

FWIW, I think Notes is more logical than Assistant, given a choice.
