    Cursor Position (VBA/Word-Excel/2007)

In Office 2003 I made frequent use of the cursor position information found on the VBE Standard Toolbar (see attachment).

Can anyone tell me how to find this information in 2007?

See <post:=729,564>post 729,564</post:> for the answer to this question.

I had a bit of trouble finding that post with a search, so here are some words that I searched for to help next time <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

Status bar, position, cursor, section, line, page indicator, information

Thank you for that Stuart. I'll make use of it in Word and Excel. My current need is for VBE; and I just stumbled on the answer.

If the Standard toolbar has insufficient space the Cursor Position information is not displayed. The attached example uses the VBE pane from Word and Excel VBA to illustrate the point. The concept is the same in both applications.

The above the little dropdown arrow at the end of the toolbar indicates that one or more controls are not displayed.
In fact, this behavior is the same as that in the VBE in Office 2002 and 2003.
