    Paradox (2003)

    Hello

I know this isn't the correct forum, but its a database request in which another user may be able to help.

I need to gain some information from a Paradox database, hopefully someone may have some working knowledge they can share.

You can import or link a Paradox table (*.db) in Microsoft Access.

You can also connect to a Paradox table in a VB6 application using the Microsoft Paradox Driver (an ODBC driver).

    Thanks Hans.

This is a different kind of request ( sorry to use the Access forum).
From the Paradox database, I need to to know from each individual machine, what table and JobID a user is looking at or working on.
This may be held in a PDXUser.net file or within a table. I want to pass the parameters over to a separate utility.

I was hoping someone with Paradox knowledge could help.

    Hi Dave,

I can't help you with that. I hope that someone else will be able to assist you, but don't hold your breath - I fear that there are few Paradox users in Woody's Lounge. You may have a better chance of a reply in the Newsgroups - Paradox Community.
