Excel External Query files (Excel 2003 SP3)

    Hi,
I have created a spreadsheet which uses odbc to fetch data from oracle. Now I want to give this to my managers to use. I thought if I just send them the .dqy and .dsn files from the "My Data Sources" directory they will be able to use the spreadsheet. However when I go to that directory in file-manager I cannot see the files (I have made all files visible in folders properties). I am now thinking if there is another more clever way in which I can give them this spreadsheet. Please help ! Many thanks in advance. Javid

Why don't you give them your spreadsheet, the queries are embedded in the workbook.
