    Viewing Page Breaks (Word 2007)

How come sometimes when I am in a multi page Word Document, in Print Layout View, page breaks show as spaces between the various pages (showing the blue background), and sometimes they just show as a sold line across the page?

Is this controllable? Is this "settings controllable"? Or am I imagining this?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

Re: Viewing Page Breaks (Word 2007)

There is a setting for your preference called view white space between pages, in the view preferences. But you may get someone else's document that has been set the other way. The easiest way to change it then is explained by Argus in <post:=734,394>post 734,394</post:> in another thread earlier today. (That was Word 2003, but the principle is the same.)
