    Save & New Contact from Same Company failure (2007 on Vista64)

    Starting this week I cannot add a new contact from same company. I get a little dialog, "The Operation Failed" each time. Ive run ScanPST and Office Diagnostics. No help. Please advise.

    OK, I've moved the thread to the Outlook forum.

    Try clearing the forms cache:
    - Select Tools | Options...
    - Activate the Other tab.
    - Click Advanced Options...
    - Click Custom Forms...
    - Click Manage Forms...
    - Click Clear Cache.
    - Click Close.
    - OK your way out.
