Ling to Word Documents (PPoint 21007)

I set up a presentation that is "live-linked" to external Word documents.

On the standalone I set the presentation up on, all is fine. But how to I then distribute the presentation? Are the linked documents separate files? If so, how do I accommodate different file/storage structures on different machines so that the links still work properly?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

Linked documents are indeed (as the word 'linked' implies) separate document.
If you place the linked documents in the same folder as the presentation, PowerPoint will be able to find them, even if the folder has a different name than the one in which you originally stored the presentation.

Also see Copy a presentation to a CD, network, or local disk drive.
