    Formula Assistance (XP)

    I am trying to incorporate a couple of range names into a cell.

    I have attached a workbook with an example of Cell B6 which I am trying to replicate in Cell B9. I thought about using concatenation but it is not returning the results as I would expect. After entering one line of text in Cell B6 I simultaniously select Alt-Enter to start a new line and continue entering text.

    My preference it to have all the text in one cell not two or more.

    Thanks for looking at it,
    John

    Try this formula (including the line feeds, created by typing Alt+Enter):
    <code>
    ="YOUR COMPANY NAME
    Report Name Here
    "&R_Actual&" Months Actual and "&R_Budget &" Months Budget"</code>
