    Date, Time (Windows XP SP3)

Since receiving an automatic update of SP3 my clock display returns to the last 'set' time whenever the screen saver kicks in. Also it retains the time when I close down. I have removed SP3 but this did not resolve the problem! I have since reloaded it. Any help please

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Try the suggestion in XP Clock Glitch.

If that doesn't help, you may have to replace the clock battery on the motherboard of your PC (be careful; if you have a laptop it's not a good idea to do it yourself)
